About Our Team
Founded in 2014 and based in Houston, Texas, Arktek Studio has grown into a full-service 3D rendering and architectural visualization studio trusted by architects, developers, interior designers, and product manufacturers across the United States. What began as a small in-house rendering team has expanded into a multidisciplinary studio combining architectural training, fine-art rendering skill, and technical CGI production experience.
Our team is organized around the full rendering pipeline. 3D modelers and CAD specialists translate architectural drawings and design intent into precise digital models. Texture and lighting artists then bring each scene to life, matching materials, finishes, and lighting conditions to the real-world site. Motion graphics and animation specialists handle walkthroughs, flythroughs, and short-form marketing animations for clients who need to present a project in motion rather than as a single still image. A dedicated client-services team manages revisions, feedback rounds, and delivery timelines, so every project moves from concept sketch to final render within our standard 2-3 day turnaround.
We work closely with each client through every stage of a project, from initial reference photos and design intent to layered final files delivered in print-ready and web-ready formats. That collaborative process, combined with our in-house quality review before delivery, is a big part of why clients come back to us for repeat projects across multiple properties.

Dev Thakkar - President
Dev founded Arktek 3D in 2014 and leads the studio. He is involved in every project from the first brief through final delivery, working directly with clients on scope, camera direction, timelines and revisions. Clients deal with the person accountable for the outcome, not an intermediary.
Abhi Sharma - Architecture and Design
Abhi leads the architectural side of every project. That in-house architectural background is what separates our work from studios who only operate software - we read drawings the way designers do, understanding structure, material logic, sightlines and how a space will actually be experienced.
It is also why we can work from any stage of design development: full Revit models, CAD sets, SketchUp files, PDF drawings or hand sketches. Specification gaps get flagged during the brief rather than guessed at later.
Felma C - 3D Modeling and Production
Felma oversees modeling and production - geometry, materials, lighting and post-production. Scenes are built from scratch rather than assembled from templates. Materials come from your actual product specifications wherever they exist, landscape follows your plant list, and lighting is calibrated to the project's real orientation and target time of day rather than a default preset.
We render in 3ds Max and V-Ray, with Unreal Engine for real-time and interactive deliverables.

Monika and Lisa run client success. A dedicated project manager is assigned to every project, owning your schedule and coordinating revision rounds from kickoff to final delivery - so you always know who to contact and where your project stands.
